Data controller

What data we process

The website uses Plausible Analytics for visitor statistics. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors; we see aggregate figures such as page views and countries. The tip form stores what you enter (the company name and, if you choose to give them, your name, email address, phone number and message) in a database at Cloudflare, together with a hashed form of your IP address that is used only to limit misuse of the form, and sends the tip to our mailbox. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and technical request data to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Beyond that, we only process personal data you send us yourself, such as your name, contact details and the content of an email.

Local storage in your browser

Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us and is not used for tracking.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to enquiries and evaluate potential collaborations or transactions. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Retention

Email correspondence and tips sent through the form are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose, and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise.
